berry smoothie bowl with puffed quinoa

This berries smoothie bowl is deliciously thick and creamy. Drizzle with almond butter for a nutritious snack! This smoothie bowl is vegan and dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup soaked almonds and cashews
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 chopped dates
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp of puffed quinoa

Instructions


1. Blend well all the ingredients except puffed quinoa until thick and creamy, only adding extra water if it is needed.
2. Spoon out the smoothie into your favourite bowl or glass.
3. Top with the puffed quinoa or more frozen raspberries, chia seeds, and a drizzle of almond butter.
