Cacao Date Smoothie

Start your morning with this incredibly nourishing smoothie loaded with nuts, cacao, and dates that tastes as good as a milkshake.

Ingredients

  • 5 pitted dates
  • 4 walnuts (halves, omega-3)
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

In a blender, add all ingredients and blend on high until smooth & thick. Add as much or as little water as you'd like depending on your preference of consistency. Enjoy!! :)
