fruit on the bottom yogurt cup

A made-from-scratch superfood version of ordinary fruit yogurt (which you will likely never want to buy again!).

Ingredients 

    Makes 6 portions

  • ½ cup Blueberry–Chia Seed Jam
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • Cacao nibs, toasted unsweetened coconut flakes, raw sunflower seeds, and/or toasted almonds

Instructions

  1. Divide jam evenly among six 250ml jars or glasses and top with yogurt.
  2. Just before serving, top with cacao nibs, coconut, sunflower seeds, and/or almonds.

Do Ahead: Yogurt (without toppings) can be assembled 5 days ahead. Cover and chill.
