Spirulina Smoothie

Curb cravings, feel light & energised with this fresh and creamy Spirulina smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1  tsp Spirulina
  • 1 cup any kind of milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • a dash of cinnamon
  • a squeeze from a fresh lemon

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients until creamy and smooth and serve.

Tip: If too thick, thin with more milk. If too thin, thicken with ice or more frozen banana ;)
