Spirulina Bites

The perfect energising snack on the go for slow energy release. These bites are a tasty way to ensure you're getting your dose of protein, iron and B Vitamins from your Spirulina, plus the seeds deliver omega-3 fats, which means they'll fill your hunger hole and keep you going!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup seeds mix

  • 10 pitted dates

  • 1/3 cup almond butter

  • 1-2 tsp Spirulina powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • A pinch of Himalayan salt 

Instructions

  1. Pulse dates and seeds mix in a food processor.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse again, until it has the consistency of a sticky batter.
  3. Scoop about 1 tsp of mixture and roll into a ball.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or keep them in the freezer.
