Chia Seeds Pudding

Chia seed pudding is a delicious breakfast alternative or healthy dessert option. It's packed with protein, omega 3, and antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Spirulina powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup, honey or coconut sugar

Instructions

Mix almond milk and sweetener together in a small bowl or mason jar. Separately, mix chia seeds and spirulina. Sprinkle chia and spirulina mixture into the wet mixture and stir until evenly distributed.

Let refrigerate overnight or over 4-5 hours. Serve with granola, fruit, nuts, with oats, or as a topping for a smoothie bowl!
