Green Apple Smoothie

This healthy green apple smoothie is packed with nutrients and tastes delicious. It's loaded with fiber, protein and electrolytes and is the perfect way to start the day.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 large apple any variety
  • 1/2 cucumber chopped
  • 2 cups green kale or spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Stevia to taste
  • Handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender in the order listed, blend on low for 1 minute, then speed up to high for another minute.

  2. Pour and serve.
