1/3 cup quinoa flakes
1 cup water
1 tablespoon nut/seed butter
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (fresh will work but you won't get the same color)
1/2 scoop protein powderoptional
Pinch of cinnamon
Sweetener of choice optional*

NOTE
For the sweetener, you can use 2 packets of stevia. Any other sweetener would also work, maple syrup and chopped dates would be delicious.
