tropical chia Smoothie

Taste like pina coladas, but are a whole lot healthier. 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Coconut milk

  • 1 cup Frozen mango pieces

  • 1 cup Frozen pineapple pieces

  • 1 Frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Pour coconut milk into a blender.
  2. Add mango, pineapple, and banana. Blend until smooth.
  3. Blend in chia seeds quickly.  Enjoy!! :)
